Chef De Partie
Good Quality 4 star hotel require an experienced chef de partie. Includes preparing food for the restaurant, function, bar and room service. Will be covering all sections of the kitchen and supervising and training junior staff. ordering, stock control HACCP and menu planning involvement as required. Applicants need relevant hotel experience.
Night Porter
