Brazil is known throughout the world for Rio, its beaches and the excitement of Carnival, but when native Brazilians travel for tourism they head for the golden sands and emerald seas of Trancoso in Bahia. One of the earliest settlements founded by the Portuguese in Brazil (1586), Trancoso is a village of incredible natural beauty. Its ideal year round warm climate coupled with the intimacy and privacy of a small village offer the perfect escape for those seeking exotic location and the best beaches in Brazil. Below the cliffs of the village you will find wonderful beaches bordered to the north and south by rivers flowing into the sea. In Trancoso area you will find small natural pools, preserved rain forest and many kilometers of unspoiled white sand beaches. The perfect place to do beautiful rides with canters by the water.
This horse work will give you amazing equine work experience, allowing you to learn and practice many of the skills you need to manage a herd of horses . This includes general stable management; the horses’ schooling, grooming, feeding and health; and interaction with the other staff and guests.
Open only to candidates of experienced equine backgrounds, this horse work experience will open up a new dimension to the equine world and allow you to progress your skills and knowledge extensively. You will be based near the place where the horses are schooled, rested and rotated.
