Applicants must have a checkable relevant experience. To attend to the physical, emotional and social needs of the residents as assessed.
To give adequate support and if necessary, total care to the residents and to maintain standards of personal care and socially acceptable behaviour.
To maximise residence independence, dignity and choice. Where necessary, assist and encourage the residents to maintain religious customs and practices.
To acquaint yourself in the handover meeting and from the establishments records with the likely needs of the residents and respond accordingly.
Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure.
Salary is depending on experience
