Kaya Responsible Travel are experienced in volunteer work and travel and offer a variety of placements in Asia, Africa and Latin America.
As a volunteer with Kaya, you can contribute much-needed manpower in many areas of health care provision. Whether it is through working on a clinical placement in hospital, providing hands-on care to patients, working in a community educating people how to stay healthy and prevent the spread of disease, or through working in a lab conducting vital research – the work you do will make a real difference.
Placements available range from hospitals, rural field clinics, home visits, nutrition, health education and public health research.
We have projects in the following countries:
Ghana , Belize, Costa Rica (Physiotherapy), Ecuador, Peru, Botswana (Occupational Therapy), Kenya, South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe, India, Nepal, Philippines, Vietnam (Medical mission trek), Ghana and Belize (Lab Work)
Project fees include; Accommodation, Airport pick ups, Food, Orientation and 24h support.
