Winter and Summer Seasons, 2014/2015

This is a small hotel, hosting up to a maximum of 40 guests, attracting enthusiastic skiers in the winter and lively walkers hikers and cyclists in the summer season.

We are looking for someone with flair and enthusiasm, who has recent experience in an AA Rosette environment and who can confidently output food to 1 Rosette standard. The ability to be able to adapt and learn to cook Austrian food dishes is essential.

The candidate should be hard-working, enthusiastic, strong and energetic part of a very small hotel team and willing to maintain our reputation for quality, for residents and non-resident trade. In the winter skiing season the hotel is half board providing a limited although quality choice of menu, for summer the hotel provides an al la carte menu.

In addition as Head Chef you must have excellent planning skills and be prepared to shop locally for fresh meat and vegetables, You should also have experience of working to approved budgets.
