INDONESIA / Kayu Cafe
We are looking for a chef or manager with experience in a busy cafe environment. Our cafe is located on the beach front of one of Indonesia’s most visited islands (Gili Trawangan) and we serve over 200 persons per day. We sell retail as well as food and beverage. we are a new business and wish to expand to opening for the evening trade as well as expanding our bakery sales and delivery.

Idealy we would like a manager with the energy to lift sales, train staff and oversee the busy kitchen or a young chef wanting the opportunity to show his or her skills in the kitchen as head chef overseeing the kitchen staff and managing all foods.
