INDONESIA / Trawangan Dive
To complete our professional team on the tropical island of Gili Trawangan, Lombok (near Bali) we are searching an experienced head chef (m) beginning as soon as possible. Successful candidates will speak English fluently, have western & Indonesian cooking skills and a strong work ethic.
You will conduct training for personnel in the kitchen, supervise cooks, price items on menu and determine food costs. Also you will monitor workers performance, coordinate food preparation, plan menus, request stock, materials and supplies.
If you have strong leading skills, efficient production methods and a positive attitude, than we are looking forward to meet you!
