AFGHANISTAN / Energy Resourcing
The role is based in Lithuanian Camp in Afghanistan and one of the conditions is the applicant to be native Lithuania with hands-on experience of catering OF large VIP events, serving above 3000 meals per day, with good knowledge of menu rotation. You must also have good knowledge of typical Lithuanian cuisine, preferably with some military – ship /cruise experience.
The incumbent will be managing (20-25 staff) with shift rotation ( 8 hours – 6 days in week. Every 4 months 20 days holidays + return ticket ), accommodation( single accommodation) and bonus schemes.
