We are seeking a lively, enthusiastic individual with previous customer service skills.
The role involves working onboard a 36 cabin Cruise ship which sails around the Maldives, stopping at picnic islands, uninhabited islands and tourist resorts.
Your role involves ensuring that the clients have a wonderful experience. Meet clients on arrival, hold welcome briefing, guide excursions, PR with clients and handle any problems and issues that may arise.
There are plenty of benefits to this job: Stunning location, swimming, snorkelling and participating in the activities with the guests. Own cabin, 700 – 900USD monthly basic salary (dependent of experience), food included, return flight to UK once per year (if you commit to 1 year contract), plus share of staff tips.
Applicants must have good communication skills, fluent in English, be a team player, work on own initiative, customer focused and willing to work hard to ensure clients leave happy and 100% satisfied!
