Palagama Beach (www.palagamabeach.com) is a British owned resort located on the West Coast of Sri Lanka.
We are looking to hire a Guest Relations Manager to join our team for 12 months.
A small family run business, the resort in well known for its unique off the beaten track location, traditional Sri Lankan architecture, dolphin and whale watching excursions, kitesurfing and back to nature concept.
A Suitable candidate must have the following skills and qualifications:
· At least 2 – 3 years experience in the hotel industry and preferably a small hotel.
· F&B experience of at least 1 year
· Natural leader
· Outgoing and hands on
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Strong interpersonal skills
