We are looking for experienced, highly-motivated and results-driven Bilingual Travel Consultants fluent in either German and English or Dutch and English to join our London based Sales Team.
Responsibilities:
-Handle incoming phone calls and emails from direct customers
-Provide the utmost customer service to our customers
-Book tours, international airfare and insurance
-Speak with customers about adventure travel
Requirements:
Bilingual in either German and English or Dutch and English, written and spoken, is a MUST
-Exceptional selling & customer service skills
-Motivated to achieve sales targets and other key performance indicators
-Flexibility to work shifts, evenings and possibly weekends
-Ability to sell adventure product
-Worldwide geography knowledge & travel experience
The successful candidate will have extensive travel experience; previous telephone sales experience is an asset.
