We are looking for one or two people to assist us in the everyday running of our 11 rooms Country House Hotel in Cornwall. Family run, friendly and relaxed athmosphere, plenty of free time to explore Cornwall so car would be a bonus since we are in a Country location (although close to everything). Plenty of work as well not regular shifts. Mainly morning and evening shifts. Prep for breakfasts in the morning, followed by some waitressing in the breakfast room, cleaning and tidying, room chambering, general cleaning. Evening shift in the kitchen, bar and restaurant. Keen to cook and learn is a big bonus. From April to September 2011.
