We are looking for an innovative and passionate Fundraising Manager to join our dynamic team at N/a’an ku sê Foundation based on the outskirts of the capital Windhoek, Namibia. N/a’an ku sê Foundation’s vision is an Africa where humans and wildlife can live and thrive together. Our mission is to conserve the land, cultures and wildlife of Namibia and rescue species threatened by an ever – shrinking habitat. We run several projects including: a wildlife sanctuary, carnivore research and release sites, medical clinic, school and a winery (where both the land and profits are used for conservation).

Main duties include: developing a robust, innovative action plan in line with the organisational strategy in order to reach targets, applying for funds through trusts, foundations and corporates and updating our supporters with progress reports, managing our adopt an animal and sponsor a child schemes, financial administration and reporting and promoting the charity in all spheres in order to raise funds and awareness.
The post is initially a volunteer post for 3 months, but we are ideally looking to recruit someone permanently and a salaried post may be discussed for the right candidate after this initial period.
