Eden English, Nanning, Guangxi, China : we’re looking for new staff starting Jan/Feb 2012.
BASIC INFO:
Eden English was founded in 2003 in Nanning, Guangxi.
Main focus on Young Learners and VIP classes.
Operate with a full time foreign teaching staff of 8 (all native English speakers).
Fantastic support system of both foreign and Chinese staff.
We provide excellent opportunities for professional development and actively encourage our staff to experiment with new teaching styles or approaches where appropriate.
Anglo/Chinese management ensures a balanced outlook.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ideal candidates:
* Solid depth of teaching experience with young learners.
* Any Degree + CELTA/TEFL cert.
* Professional approach to work: Patient. Prepared. Punctual. Positive.
* Native English speakers: UK/Canada/Aus/USA/NZ
*A minimum of 12 months TEFL experience + references
*Fit and healthy – it can be a demanding job, so requires good levels of energy.
COMPENSATION:
In return we offer:
* 1st Year Salary: 6000 RMB (net) per month (+Annual Performance Related Payments)
* A total of 4 weeks paid holiday over a 12month contract
* Contract Completion Payment equal to one month’s salary
* 5 day week (5 from 7 days)
* Fully furnished accommodation (2 people sharing)
* Max 20 hours teaching per week

* Small classes , max 16. and graded according to age and ability
