CAYMAN ISLANDS / Southern Cross Club
Southern Cross Club is a small boutique fish and dive resort based on the smallest of the Cayman Islands, Little Cayman. This is a unique position on very unique island with great opportunities and a great team of staff.
Basic Duties Include:
Front Desk operations, guest relations, local reservations, gift shop sales, guest transportation, miscellaneous tasks in the front of house, food and beverage service, light bartending, light housekeeping duties & other duties as necessary.
Additional Duties Include:
Supervision of the front of house team including the dining room server, scheduling the front of house team, ad hoc international reservations, dive calendar scheduling, work permit applications, maintaining the resort’s stationary supply, assisting with occasional event planning, and basic bookkeeping duties
Remuneration includes:
Hotel Gratuities, meals and basic housing as well as dive privileges.

Requirements:
– Must be computer literate and have experience using Microsoft Office applications including, Word, Excel and Publisher
– Previous knowledge of a reservation system such as Easy Innkeeping or Opera.
– Previous experience using QuickBooks is preferable.
– Must have a current driver’s license and be willing to live in Little Cayman full time.
– Previous experience supervising/managing staff.
– Minimum of five years’ experience in relevant field.
