SRG have been appointed to recruit French, German, Danish and Greek Customer Services and Sales agents to work for leading on-line gaming companies based in Gibraltar (on the tip of Southern Spain), Malta, Innsbruck and Dublin.
The ideal candidates will be fluent in either French, German, Greek or Danish. Italian, Dutch, Greek and Russian will also be considered. At least one other European Language is also a considerable advantage. Education to degree level is an advantage but not essential.
These are exciting opportunities for those who are looking to progress their career within the gaming industry. The roles will involve supporting clients both over the phone and via email providing an extremely high level of customer service in regards to their betting / gaming experience. If a sales position, you must be confident with contacting warm leads and encouraging people to use the site more often by offering various bonuses and incentives.
If you are an ideal candidate for this opportunity then you will have strong commercial customer service or sales experience working in a corporate / call centre environment. You will have an excellent telephone manner and be flexible on working hours, and have the desire to progress your career within online gaming / betting after 1 year.
The online gaming industry is rapidly expanding in Gibraltar, Malta and the rest of Europe and the successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop their career very quickly into areas such as Marketing, Web Communications, Operations, Sports Trading, Fraud, Customer Service Management, Sales Management, Training, Finance.
