Marbella’s leading hospitality group require a F&B Director to join and help lead the team in our busiest restaurant. We are busy all year round and regularly host to celebrities. You will need to be a strong leader, be good with FOH and be able to co-ordinate between all departments including marketing, kitchen, personnel, stock, reservations, controls and keep them all within budget to ensure smooth running of the operation.
You should ideally have at least 5 years industry specific experience in a similar role and be able to hit the ground running.
