Seeking customer facing, presentable, loyal and reliable team players to work our festival bars at these events and more! If you have a working attitude to be the best and work with the best, then Flair is your team. View our website to register and select the events you want to work. We are coming to Southampton, Portsmouth and Brighton to recruit. IOW Festival free transport from Southampton and Portsmouth, we will organise ferry’s and coaches to give you hassle free passage to this really nice weekends worth of work.
Flair Staff members can expect as standard…
• Bar Staff hourly rate PLUS legally entitled holiday pay taking it to – £5.77 – £7.28 per hour (base £5.13 / £6.50).
• Higher rates for supervisors and sport marshalling contracts or street marketing.
• Minimum 6 hrs per day – IOW festival 3 day confirmed contract
• Wages paid the following Friday – that’s ONLY a 5 working day wait (some of you may not be even home by then!)
• A HUGE Smile and a big thank you at the end of the day!
At weekend festivals you will be provided with… A spot in the staff camping, FREE food, An event T-Shirt, Discounted beers and a whole new social circle! In return you will give us… Every ounce of customer service you have in you, your reliability and commitment, a display of your fantastic skills and pride in representing Flair at these prestigious events!
