Job Title: Eldery Care Worker

We are an independent domiciliary care company providing care to the elderly with complex and continuing needs on a one to one basis in their own environment.
We are looking for a carer who is required to take care of an elderly man with varying complex health needs on a one to one basis in his own home. This is a live-in position
Duties include personal and health care along with lots of stimulation like going for walks, reading to the gentleman etc. so a sense of humour is important! The hours are on a rota basis with the other carer and are 4 nights a week and weekends during the day, The other times are free.
Applicants must have experience with the elderly, either paid or unpaid, have a cheerful and positive attitude and be capable of working alone within full responsibility. Experience in care work is an advantage. All health care training will be provided. The candidate must be able to cook. An enhanced CRB and references will be required.
