Centre of Development of the Future situated in Saint-Petersburg welcomes in its team experienced, young, hard-working and optimistic Native teachers of the English language devoted to their profession. The main aim of the Centre is to create happy and cozy atmosphere for stay and development of preschool children. The main principle is individual approach and respect to the personality of children.
Cooperation of teachers and children is an enjoying collaboration and communication at the time of permanent stimulation of initiative and encouragement of success of children.
Our children learn English through everyday lessons, plays and entertainment, the same natural way as they learn their native language.
Except for English lessons, there is also Art, Physical Education, Theatre, Environment, Rhyme and Music, Complex of Integrated English, Immersion.
Responsibilities:
– carrying out developmental lessons for children from 2 to 7 years old;
– care for children from 2 to 7 years old:
– organization of language environment for children;
– organization of holidays in English;
– lessons planning:
– interaction with Russian-speaking teachers.
Work conditions, bonuses.
Work hours (full day) from 8:30 till 18:30.
Days off – Saturday, Sunday
Place of work: Saint-Petersburg, 5min. by transport from metro station Ozerki.
Meals: 5 times/day
Accommodation (compensation in the sum of 15 000 roubles ( around 460 USD); Support in the search of an apartment.
Airplane tickets (Compensation in the sum of 500 USD on the arrival to Saint-Petrsburg).
Vacation: 28 calendar days per year

Trial period: 3 months
Minimal terms of the contract: from 01 December 13 till 01 December 14
Salary:
Per one hour: 250 roubles/hour (around 8 USD/hour)
For the trial period: 170 roubles/hour
After the end of the trial period: 40 000 roubles/month (around 1250 USD).
Possibility to earn extra money: individual lessons – 1200 roubles/hour.
Requirements to a teacher:
1. Country of origin: USA, Great Britain, Australia, Canada.
2. Male/female
3. Age: from 22 y.o.
4. Personal qualities: child-loving , focused on results, abie to adapt himself/herself to new conditions, cheerful, creative, self-dependent, reliable, punctual, sociable, without bad habits.
5. Education: higher/ college
6. Specialization: psychology/pedagogy/humanities;
7. Certificates: TEFL, TESL, ESL
8. Experience of teaching English: 1-2 years
9. Experience of teaching students from 2 to 16 years old;
10. Ownership of methodologies of early development of children (eg. Montessori);
11. Extra skills and abilities: in art/sports/theatre/music.
12. Knowledge of the Russian language is preferable.
13. Knowledge of computer programs – user level.
14. Extra requirements/wishes to a candidate – to be ready to start the work the nearest time.
