Our company has contracts with 4 and 5 star hotels in Sharm El Sheikh. Mostly with British customers on holiday here.
Our Entertainment teams consist of boys and girls all from many nationalities (all speak English) with different levels of experience and ability and range from teams of 4 to teams of 14, it all depends on the size of the hotel and how many guests they have.
Our job is to make sure customers in the hotel are entertained, we have a tailor made daytime activity programme where you would be expected to encourage guests to take part and lead such as; yoga, stretching, zumba, pool aerobics, team games in the pool, tournaments and generally make sure all customers are happy.
We also run daytime quizzes and radio shows, so you may be required to do some presenting over a PA system.
In the evening we perform a number of games shows and sketches, we choreograph, rehearse and perform our own dance shows and also facilitate outside acts in the hotel, along with a nightly kids disco in some family hotels.
The main objective is to ensure we leave a friendly but professional impression on our customers, and make sure they all make the most out of their holiday. Some nights we also arrange trips out of the hotel for the guests to nightclubs and beach parties.
It’s hard work but great fun, and there’s some awesome stuff you can do on your day off in Sharm El Sheikh, it’s a brilliant place to live and work.
You will live and work in the hotel you are based, your accommodation and food and drink (non alcoholic!) is included in the package. We would also provide you with uniform for duties, and full on the job training with a team manager.
Your basic salary would be $350 US Dollars per month, plus you can earn commission from selling the parties to our customers, most weeks you could earn around $100, so your monthly salary should double your basic pay. With no bills to pay and all of your food and drink sorted, it’s all money in your handbag!
Depending on experience, and progression in role, (there are opportunities for promotion to Team Leader, Chroreographer) basic salaries can be reviewed.
You will be required to organise and pay for your own travel to and from Sharm El Sheikh, flights to Sharm are almost daily from most UK airports, Easyjet often have very good prices, also Monarch and Thomosn fly to Sharm from most regional airports.
