We urgently require Native English Trainers (Teachers) for Saudi Arabia. The vacancies need to be filled up in February 2014. Native British nationals are preferred and we have British work visas available.
Job description
• Deliver the Training program / seminar to the Trainees in line with the Training Policies and Procedures and the Annual Training Brochure.
• Prepare the Training Materials to be given to the Trainees to facilitate the effective delivery of the Training Program.
• Prepare the classroom / workshop to accommodate the assigned number of trainees.
• Request for the timely repair of the equipment and tools in the workshop or classroom to prevent possible delays in the delivery of the training.
• Conduct the assessment of Trainees skills and / or their understanding of the training / seminar through the Trainee Assessment method or Questionnaire Form.
• Communicate the results specially cases of Trainees failing to the Training Specialist / Training Manager for their reference and action.
• Review the Training Program / Seminar and take note of all observations made during the delivery.
• Take into consideration the comments made by the Trainees after the conduct of the Training Program / Seminar through the Training Evaluation Form.
• Analyze the validity of the comments and recommend possible changes to improve or enhance its effectiveness.
Relevant Qualifications
• BS or BA English
• CELTA certification
• TESOL certification
• At least 2 years related work experience either in UK or other countries
• Exemption to Qualification: even if not BA English degree holder, as long as candidate has both CELTA certificate and completed MA in TESOL.
Salary package is as follows:
Basic Salary – 11,500/- Saudi Riyals
Housing – 25% of basic or fully furnished & well-secured accommodation provided by company
Transportation – SR500
Annual renewable contract
Medical Insurance
30 days paid annual leave
R/T tickets annual
