Volunteers needed now at Thai Street Paws Rescue in Southern Thailand
If we can’t find volunteers by 20 May, I have no choice but to close my dog sanctuary and foster home!
Accommodation is FREE. It is located on the beach in beautiful Songhla in the south of Thailand
Thai Street Paws Rescue is a charity organization that was started to aid Songkhla’s street dogs in their plight to find food, shelter, medication, and positive human socialization in hopes finding loving, forever homes.
Location: Songkhla City, Thailand. Songkhla City is a charming, laidback, authenic beach village off the beaten tourist track
Volunteer Work: We need vets and/or medical students who can provide spay/neuter services. Also needed are animal lovers who can help feed sanctuary dogs, clean and maintain dog shelter, bathe dogs, walk dogs on leads, and help with socialization (via playing and training). Building skills for dog beds and dog houses are also very useful!
Commitment: 2 weeks minimum
Volunteers are requested to work 5 to 6 hours a day, 5 days a week
Cost: Basic accommodation will be provided (meals not included).
