I am currently looking for a Demi Chef de Partie for this multi award winning hotel with Michelin restaurant in the South West. As Demi Chef de Partie you will be part of the highly talented team, working to extremely high standards and must work well under pressure.
As Demi Chef de Partie you will have recent fine dining experience to Michelin or at least 3 rosette level. You will be responsible to the Chef de Partie who you are assigned to and will actively help to bring on the Commis chefs working with you.
As Demi Chef de Partie you must work well under pressure and want to progress in your career, you will have a real passion and flair for cooking.
I am also interested in hearing from Commis Chefs who are currently working in Michelin or high number rosette kitchen’s, who feel they are ready to make the step up to Demi Chef de Partie.
