FluidCar www.fluidcar.com is a revolutionary car hire service designed by skiers, for skiers.
Launching this winter, we are looking to build a small team of amazing customer service representatives based either in Geneva or the Three Valleys who will work directly with the founder to make the first season of operations an overwhelming success.
This role is much more than a typical rep job. It’s something to throw yourself into and get stuck in – we are looking for exceptional people, who are bursting with the enthusiasm to be an integral part of a successful new brand and concept.
What will a typical day look like?
There won’t be a typical day and there won’t be typical hours, however we can say that your days will involve:
• Delivering vehicles to FluidCar customers at Geneva airport, assisting them with loading luggage, providing advice on conditions, routes, great places to eat and your favourite runs.
• Using your nous to move around the resorts.
• Collecting and delivering vehicles to FluidCar customers at their resorts.
• Maintaining, fuelling and cleaning the fleet.
• Evangelising the FluidCar brand and concept.
• Leveraging your entrepreneurial nature to seek out opportunities for strategic partnerships with tour operators, local businesses and the resorts.
• Utilising your professional skills to improve our process, technology or marketing.
• Managing customer and resort relations.
• Catching a few hours skiing in-between deliveries/collections
Skills
• Customer focused with a willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty.
• A can do approach with an ability to think on your feet and troubleshoot problems.
• A real team player
• We are looking for transferable skills rather than previous experience in a similar type of role.
• Local knowledge of The Three Valleys.
• Fluent English speaking and an ability to communicate in French is essential.

Additional Information:
• You must be available to work from 2nd January 2014 until 30th April 2014.
• Working days will be long, but varied and with time off on-call.
• You will be on-call on your days off as required.
