PERU / Sharing Dreams Project
Our organization is a volunteer-driven non-profit organization That Works with the most vulnerable habitants of the Peruvian Andes, and that runs various volunteer projects. We are in need of volunteers who help us on the work of coordination within the organization:
Roles coordinator:
– Tasks of information and training to volunteers
– General coordination tasks for maintaining contact with volunteer candidates, providing information on the organization and answering the questions of the volunteer.
– Help in making contact with prospective volunteers, and participate in the process of acceptance / selection of candidates
– Check the welfare of volunteers
– Supervicion house volunteers
– Assist with the recruitment of volunteers.
– Assist in the advertising of our volunteer opportunities.
This role is ideal for motivated people with a comprehensive and adaptable mentality in the social environment where they will work, and who have the ability to meet the goals and objectives. You do not need previous experience in this area, only to have the prediction to help us in our organization and social work.
Volunteer Profile:
English native Speaker
Basic level Spanish language
21 + years – Fluency in English language.
Degree in technical or university education in psychology, education, sociology, journalism, law, medicine, social work, marketing, public relations, mass media, as well as anyone wanting to participate in a project of this nature.
-Minimum commitment of two months +
It is not necessary to have previous experience in the area
