This is an easy and enjoyable job for someone who has good general cooking skills and some previous kitchen experience, whether that’s in a restaurant or catering for private groups, eg ski chalets, special events etc.
We are looking for a cook to work 5 days a week to provide a 3-course “set menu” each evening (2 starters, 2 mains, 1 dessert) for a maximum of 12 hotel guests, working with a young team of staff in a flexible, open environment.
This is a quality “Boutique B&B” with a strong reputation for providing simple, tasty home-cooked meals (Mediterranean cuisine with a Spanish slant) using fresh and locally-sourced produce.
This is a great opportunity for a good cook looking to develop their skills and keen to live in Andalucía, explore the region and learn a bit of Spanish, as you will have free time during the day and days off when we are quiet.
