BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS / Cooper Island Beach Club
We are looking for an experienced commis chef to join our Caribbean beach resort team and assist in the preparation of food for our customers and staff under the supervision of the head chef.
Must have experience preparing, cooking and serving high quality food ensuring that the agreed set standard for food preparation and presentation are always met. Experience of health and safety regulations in the kitchen regarding food handling and cleaning routines as you will be required to make records of these schedules and checks.
Strong stock control and budgeting experience is required for this position. More information available upon request.
This is a remote island-based position with onsite living quarters. The resort is open 10 months a year. Long hours standing in hot/humid conditions may be required, therefor being physically fit is a must.
