The Bartender should have a wide knowledge of the most popular drinks and be creative, clean, disciplined and willing to work hard – preferably has worked in a five star environment before [international experience even better] and with an international hotel company. We need someone from at least a high level independent cocktail bar or lounge, not a pub or beer hall. We need someone with the right attributes who is also a team player and not egotistical – we do not mind a personality [even a strong one] as long as they are respectful of others and know the difference between when people are serious and when they are joking. We like to create a fun environment but when it is busy people have to focus on work and serving the customers.
We need a presentable individual with fluent English [read |write] who is willing to work hard and interested to progress with Hilton, for this reason we need a single status candidate. Ideally 1.68 mtrs in height or taller, fit & healthy with an athletic figure, they are working in a 5 star hotel so should be attractive with excellent personal presentation and grooming. The Preferred age would be 25-30. Salary and benefits are negotiable but includes flights, housing, food and insurances.
