TONGA / Fins ‘n’ Flukes
Fins ‘n’ Flukes is a diving and whale watching operation in the Kingdom of Tonga, opening our own beach accommodation this season. We are looking for a chef (beginner is fine, but some professional training is preferred) for 4 months, starting July 1st.
The job is supervising a local kitchen hand for breakfast and lunch preparation, being around in the daytime for meet and greet of guests and preparing set meals in the evening (usually 2 choices). We have a max. of 12 guests at a time and a very relaxed and family-like atmosphere.
Food and board in a beach house are free, visa will be paid for, you will get a small wage to help out with airfares and the chance to scuba dive/take a dive course and swim with whales.
