Scotland. This group of 5 hotels require an experienced and capable chef to assist with food preparation, ordering and stock control throughout their hotels.
Applicants should have previous hotel experience and be capable of covering all sections of the kitchen and supervising junior staff. Duties will include preparation of meals for restaurant and function service and travelling within the local area to cover the days off for other chefs.
