A quality restaurant are looking for a chef de partie.The restaurant operates as a cafe by day. The hours will be 2pm start and finish 10.30pm. Required to work with one other chef, producing traditional pub food, all from fresh locally sourced produce. Previous experience within a small kitchen operation is essential, must have experience with fresh food.
