This 3 star country house hotel require two experienced chef de parties to join their team. The hotel is a popular wedding venue and also has a fine dining restaurant. Duties will include covering all sections of the kitchen, supervising staff and other duties as directed by senior chefs.
Applicants should have experience of working with fresh produce to a good standard and be capable of covering all sections of the kitchen.
