Job Title: Chef de Partie Pastry

Salary: 17,500 – 19,000 depending on experience
Shifts: 50 hours per week

H&C Solutions are pleased to offer this fantastic Chef de Partie Pastry position on behalf of our clients five star luxury hotel located a mere 30 minutes from London’s Paddington Station. This hotel has luxury spa facilities, a golf course, private members club, three restaurants, a brasserie, lounges and bars for it guests to enjoy. The executive chef is proud to present the 3AA rosette standards that this establishment has been awarded with.
We are looking for an outstanding Chef de Partie Pastry candidate who can demonstrate ability and experience within pastry having worked previously in similar standard kitchens.
The appointed Chef de Partie Pastry will be a valuable member of the large busy team of 8 pastry chefs. This establishment uses fine ingredients throughout and you will be competent in your professional culinary pastry skills to maintain these essential standards.
They are looking for a Chef de Partie Pastry who will have a strong command of the English language, leadership skills, be career driven, can work well under pressure and ideally be qualified with their NVQ Levels or and equivalent qualification.
The Chef de Partie Pastry role is available immediately, will pay a starting salary of £17,500 – £19,000 and is based on a contract of 50 hours per week with live in available.
