We are looking for someone who can work on their own but also as part of a small team. Complete running of the kitchen from Prep, cooking, cleaning down ready for the next day. Checking stock so we never have to say no to customers. Must be a good people person and be able to communicate with staff and customers. We would like the right candidate to put their mark on the menu.
