Full time British/American Governess required in New York, USA for G7, G5 and B1 from $800 – $900 per week, start ASAP.

A family residing in New York is seeking a qualified, professional and experienced Governess to assist in the general care, development and education of their young children.

The ideal candidate will have childcare qualifications and/or experience with working with this age range. Teaching qualifications are preferred but not essential. As a Governess you will be responsible for providing educational fun activities, additional classes to support the older children’s education and provide homework assistance/subject mentoring to help improve their level at school. While the girls are at school your main focus will be on the young boy; providing fun engaging activities and play to help him meet his developmental milestones. Caring duties of the children will be involved.

This is a live in position and would ideally suit candidates already residing in the U.S.A.

Candidates outside of the U.S.A must be legally able to work in the U.S.A

The successful candidate will be required to travel with the family over the holidays to their summer houses.

A competitive salary of $800 – $900 per week is being offered to the right candidate.

The working schedule will be from Monday – Friday, working approx. 8 hours per day.

This position is to commence ASAP and interviews to take place immediately.
