I am English living permanently in Spain. I own a property in Natal, Northern Brazil with planning permission to build 182 chalets and a Spa, Restaurant, Beach Club and Water Sport facility. My property boarders the most beautiful 30 square kilometer fresh water lake named Lagoa do Bomfim, just 20 minutes from the airport and the well known resort of Punta Negra, Natal.
I am unable to spend all year in Natal due to other business commitments in Spain.
