Job Title: Bar Manager
Location: Shenzhen, China

Responsibilities: Manage a predominantly Chinese staff. Oversee Kitchen and bar menus, developing up to date cocktails and dishes. Hit Sales Targets, Manage daily finances. Schedule the roster, plan and organise events, both regular and special. Be the face and the host of the bar, invest your passion in it.
Requirements: At least 1 year experience as a bar manager. 3 years+ hospitality experience preferred. Strong on staff management and events organisation.
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.
