The Stag at Offchurch is a stunning country pub with a fantastic reputation for top quality food accompanied by first class service.
We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. The right candidate will have great leadership and interpersonal skills and suitable experience in operating and managing a fresh food-led pub.
CD Pub co is a fast growing, family run company, which are looking to expand their current portfolio of three gastro pubs. This is an unmissable opportunity for the right individual looking to develop their career in the hospitality industry.
We will provide full in house training, however the ideal candidate will evidence:

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Great team work and leadership attributes
• Good people and communication skills
• Working closely with the kitchen
• Dealing with complaints
• Training and developing the team
