Lifetime Learning is a Charitable Organisation providing RAISEonline and Fischer Family Trust training courses for Primary and Secondary schools. We are in the process of providing IT Training to disadvantaged young people in Tower Hamlets, London and are currently seeking funding for this project.
We currently need to fill entry level positions in our Apprentice Admin Role to service our growing client base in our London office.

• Fluent English speaker
• Friendly and approachable
• Excellent customer service skills
• Be able to remain calm in stressful situations
• Great communication skills
• Good PC skills
You will receive all the coaching and training needed to succeed in this role.
IMMEDIATE START
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• General office admin dealing with Training / Software enquiries / bookings.
• Responsible for arranging Training Courses
• Making Travel Arrangements
• Telephone answering
• Sending / Chasing invoices
• Helping with catering during training sessions
• And dealing with any other ad-hoc jobs
Salary £150 per week
Should you not hear from us within 20 working days, you have been unsuccessful on this occasion.
No previous experience is essential but desired. Full training will be provided. Candidates must be motivated and target driven. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, hard working, persuasive with a drive to succeed.
