CHINA / Reach to Teach
Teach at an established private school that leads the way with a proved and comprehensive curriculum in a full English immersion environment. Students learn to speak English confidently while getting a well-rounded education, and teachers develop and learn skills that are directly applicable to classrooms in North American school systems.
This position ensures that classes are kept small so that the teacher can focus on individual needs. Teachers can expect to work with excellent materials such as McGraw-Hill textbooks that have been implemented into their EECE program in a fun, bright, and engaging school setting. Teachers will teach a variety of subjects including grammar, language arts, phonics, reading, spelling and writing.
TEACHING REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree
Native Speaker from Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, United Kingdom, and the United States
Two years of post graduate work experience
No teaching experience required, but you must have some experience working with children
120-hour TEFL / CELTA / TESOL
You must be willing to work weekday nights and weekends
12 month contract
REMUNERATION PACKAGE
MONTHLY SALARY: 10,000 RMB per month
AIRPORT ASSISTANCE: Airport pick-up included on arrival
AIRFARE ALLOWANCE: 3,000 RMB at the completion of your 1 year contract
CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUS: 6,000 RMB at the completion of your 1 year contract
OTHER BONUSES: Christmas bonus, Vacation bonus, and Quarterly Performance bonus up to 2,000 RMB
HOUSING: Free accommodation provided throughout the year
PAID VACATION: 5 Vacation Days + National Holidays + Paid sick leave

Small classes: No more than 15 students per class
