New Futures Organisation is a small charity based about 90 minutes south of Phnom Penh. We operate a network of schools in rural villages providing free education to over 1200 people, as well as a children’s home which cares for vulnerable and disadvantaged young people.
NFO is looking to recruit an administrator/front of house manager to coordinate visiting international volunteers, manage our small team of Cambodian housekeeping staff, and assist the Director with administrative and fundraising duties. There will also be opportunities to be involved in our projects on the ground.
Although the position is unpaid, we offer free meals and accommodation at our volunteer centre. To maintain continuity, we are looking for someone who can commit to a duration of at least 6 months.
The position would be ideal for someone with a background in administration or the hospitality industry who is looking for practical experience of NGO work in a developing country.
