Our FOKUS partner in Shishi, Fujian Province, China is currently recruiting professionals interested in joining a young team seeking to expand its operations in the local area.
Applications from English teachers with a university degree, TEFL
Certification (120 hours) and at least 2 years’ experience are welcome.
Knowledge of Chinese culture and the language or a strong interest in the country and its customs is an advantage.

FOKUS Sprachen und Seminare is a well-established and reputable language school franchise based in Munich, Germany. Our custom-made language courses are designed to meet clients communicative needs and we have a reputation for quality, flexibility and a “can do” approach based on more than 30 years’ experience.
What to expect:
Shishi is a charming town, with a pleasant climate and clean air, located between the historical cities of Guangzhou and Xiamen and 15 minutes from the coast.
FOKUS Shishi training center is located on the Minnan University of Science and Technology Campus, a well-known university in Fujian Province.
You will join a small friendly multi-national team with regular office hours and days off and a maximum of 30 teaching hours/week.
The current program includes English for children from 6 – 16 years, university students and business English for adults, in addition to summer/winter camps for children.

FOKUS Shishi offers:
A one year contract.
Net Monthly Salary: 10.000 – 13.00 RMB, depending on qualifications and experience
Salary increase: negotiable after 6 months.
12 days paid leave plus national holidays

Free furnished accommodation in a new apartment building on campus.
