Internship Description:
Two internship positions are available:
• Food & Beverage Management Trainee
o Assist guests efficiently, courteously and professionally in all Japanese Restaurant related matters.
o Maintain a high standard of service and quality delivery at all times; when welcoming guests, take orders, serve the guests and assisting in different requests.
• Front Office Management Trainee
o Assist guests efficiently, courteously and professionally in all reception related matters.
o Maintain a high standard of service and quality delivery at all times; when answering telephones, registering guests, assigning rooms, checking out guests and assisting in different requests
Payment/Compensation offered: to be negotiated
Requirements:
a. Hospitality related major
b. Undergrad/Grad
c. Fluent English
d. Chinese knowledge preferred
e. Good understanding of and preferably work-experience in luxury hotels
f. Punctual, reliable, responsible
g. Willing to work shifts and in weekends
h. Work-experience in related field is an advantage
i. Ability to learn and adapt to new environments quickly
