Amhuinnsuidhe Castle is one of Scotland’s most remote, premier sporting estates which enjoys the highest reputation for its standard of accommodation and hospitality, catering for an appreciative clientele.
We are looking for Housekeeping and Kitchen assistants required to work the season, May – end October 2013 at Amhuinnsuidhe Castle, Isle of Harris
This is a live in position and duties will include:
Housekeeping – working alongside the Head Housekeeper in both housekeeping and front of house departments.
Kitchen – working alongside the Head chef and Second Chef.
Experience is not essential as training will be provided, however, you will be required to work to the highest of standards at all times.
Applicants must have good English speaking and understanding, also, proof of eligibility to work within the UK is a must.
