We are seeking a qualified barber to work in a brand new exciting male groom boutique based in prime Kuwait City retail location. We have extended the salon to five seats and have plans for further expansion.
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who has passion and fair to work in a fun team environment. Those that are ambitious will be well placed to take advantage of fast track promotion opportunities.
We are heavily involved with sport, music and fashion, the atmosphere is completely laid back and fun, yet professional.
Opening Hours:
The Salon is opened Monday – Sunday 8am – 9pm (please advise)
Remuneration:
We are offering a self employed contract with an attractive percentage. We are offering a good commission split and earning share (to be confirmed) in a great working environment.

Languages:
Applicants should be fluent in English, Those who are have Arabic as a second language or at least a good command and understanding will be given priority.
Communication Skills:
Being located in an upmarket area, our clientele are generally young and hip, so excellent communication skills are an absolute requirement.
Attitude & work ethic:
The successful applicant will have harbour an instilled willingness to work hard, and apply them themselves in a professional environment. This is essentially a self-employed contract. So it will suit those who have an natural, self-starter. Self motivated attitude to life and work. You will be open and supportive to participate in the various exciting promotional campaigns that are scheduled.
Experience & ability:
Successful candidates will have a minimum of three years of experience, ideally five. The Barber should be confident with longer styles. A good all rounder in general. They should also be able use a cut throat razor and know how to provide a hot towel shave. Professional Senior stylists who are confident with all styles of cutting, grooming and colouring would be considered as a priority.
