Requirements:
Customer Service experience a must (ideally with online experience)
Database mining experience
Customer Relationship Management / Marketing skills with CRM experience will be preferred
Management experience advantageous
Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written
Advanced Excel skills required
Numerical and Analytical skills
Budgeting and planning skills
Copywriting skills
Intermediate HTML coding experience advantageous
Must be flexible in a rapidly evolving environment and proactive in resolving problems
Solid understanding of online technology and related skills
