Head Chef – we are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team of professionals. Candidates must have a recognised culinary diploma/NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) and a minimum of 3 years experience in a high-volume kitchen. This is a hands-on role, with responsibility for all aspects of the day-to-day preparation of restaurant food, including catering for events, inventory control, maintaining kitchen hygiene and sharing new menu ideas and skills with colleague.
Waiter/Bartender Applicants must be extremely proficient in MICROS or similar POS systems and have a strong background in food, wine & cocktail presentation, with a minimum of 3 years experience in a high volume restaurant. Must be physically fit to maintain the pace of service, fluent in English, both spoken and written with an excellent telephone manner, a second language would be an advantage.
