My client, a leading Real Estate company in Dubai is looking for 15 British Property Consultants to start between now and January 2013.
Your duties will include:
– Carrying out the day-to-day functions of sales & leasing
– Liaising with clients in order to accommodate their rental requirements until such time as the appropriate property is found.
– Following up on all paperwork, finance and admin as necessary
– Maintaining an effective working relationship with owners, developers and clients
– Maintaining accurate records on properties, clients, and landlords
Preferred Candidate Profiles:
•Must possess excellent communication skills within English. Second language is an added advantage. Both verbal & written.
•Strong background within either Real Estate (Sales OR Leasing) OR High Networth Sales (Products, Financial services, luxury services etc).
•Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access
•Excellent interpersonal skills.
•A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
•Excels at operating in an fast pace, community environment
•Must have a valid Driving License
The company will provide:
– medical insurance
– UAE employment VISA
– flight tickets every 2 years
– Car for the 1st month of employment
This is a commission only job with very high earning potential, therefore they are looking for target driven, money hungry candidates. Some consultants are earning AED 80K+ per month (the equivalent of £13K+ per month).
