Project Description
English21 is an Education-training Institution Specify In English Training to teach local teachers, students and professionals with fun-easy-communicative way of learning English focusing on Speaking, we located in sukabumi of the west Java Province, our program is to build English speaking confidence and giving better understanding of diversity for local students-society.
INTERN RESPOSIBILITIES:
Under the supervision of the Program Coordinator, the intern will participate in implementing of the English Environment program.
Specific tasks are given below.
Conduct teaching English to Students – Teaching with English21 Method and approach.
Prepare lesson plan.
Completing teaching Documentation
Implementing ‘ English stimulator project Plan
Participate in monthly evaluation coordinating meetings.
Conducting test and scoring for participants.
Participate in English radio Program every week
Participate in Marketing program (once a week )
Conducting school Event ( English day – English news letter )
Contribute to the presentation of evaluation findings .
SPECIAL SKILLS DESIRED:
Excellent oral and written communication skills, patiently to communicate with diverse populations (who don’t speak English well)
Able to use Microsoft Excel, words and PowerPoint programs
Well organized with attention to detail and ability to carry out tasks independently
Having good People skills (assertive communication skills)
Teachable ( willing to be trained )
Good team player ( able to follow Institution’s regulation and standard operation procedure)
No need teaching experience
Open for any speaking English people
SCHEDULE: Minimum commitment: 30 per week, beginning 0ctober 2012, some tasks may be able to be performed from home Stay.
